Darla M. Yarnevich
/Darla M. Yarnevich, 64 of Washington, formerly of Fredericktown passed away Tuesday-February 9, 2016 in the Donnell House with her family by her side following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 23, 1952 in Waynesburg the daughter of the late Frank Leslie Booze and Eileen Lorraine Reeves Mazcko of the state of Washington. Mrs. Yarnevich graduated from Beth-Center High School in 1969. She devoted most of her life to raising her two children. Mrs. Yarnevich worked as a caregiver for the elderly and had a passion for cooking, reading and making jewelry. She was always the life of the party and had an infectious laugh and feisty attitude. Above all else, Mrs. Yarnevich loved spending time with her family and friends and she was a cherished “Grammy” to her two grandchildren.
On July 27, 2002 she married her beloved husband, Matthew Yarnevich of Washington who survives. Also surviving is one son; William (Tiffany) Mylan of Butler, one daughter; Leslie (Jon) Ridge of Washington, one brother; Lawrence (Rhonda) Booze of Fredericktown, two grandchildren; Sydney Mylan and Hannah Ridge. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends also survive.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Yarnevich was preceded in death by one sister; Linda Shimet and one aunt; Dolores Horner.
Friends will be received on Sunday-February 14, 2016 from 2 P.M. until 6 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave. Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, P.O.
