Elaine R. Belcastro, 93, of Washington, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, with her family at her side. She was born March 15, 1930, in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late George and Louise Somega Paluda. Mrs. Belcastro was a 1948 graduate of Trinity High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Vittoria Lodge in Washington, PA. Mrs. Belcastro had a very active social life and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

On May 21, 1952, she married Paul Belcastro, who passed away on August 31, 2016. Surviving are her children, Patti (Gene) Levi of Washington, PA, Barry Belcastro of Crofton, MD, Lisa (Bart) Roper of North Palm Beach, FL, and Todd (Amy) Belcastro of Washington, PA and five grandchildren, Blake and Cassandra Roper, Alec and Aidan Belcastro, and Madison Ingrao. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Belcastro was the last of her immediate family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received on Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Owner/Supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
