Rae Renee Lowe, 56 of Washington died unexpectedly on Sunday-March 20, 2016 at 12:21 A.M. in the Washington Hospital.  She was born July 11, 1959 in Washington the daughter of George Robinson Jr. of Washington and the late Arvadella S. White Robinson.  Mrs. Lowe graduated from Washington High School and was employed as a residential assistant for the Washington City Mission.  She loved reading books and enjoyed helping others.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her former husband; Joseph Lowe of Canonsburg, her step-mother; Nettie Robinson of Washington, one step-brother; Derrick (Heather) Brent of Orange County, California, one sister; Diane (Jerry) Vaughn Taylor of Japan.  Several aunts, uncles and a host of relatives and friends also survive.

Friends will be received on Tuesday-March 22, 2016 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave. Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday-March 23, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with the Rev.
