Harold W. Caesber, 90 of Washington, passed away in his home on Sunday, January 15, 2023 with his family at his side. He was born June 26, 1932 in Thomas, PA the son of the late Harvey and Ethel Withrow Caesber. Mr. Caesber was a graduate of Trinity High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Penn Commercial. He then served in the United States Army for two years before being honorably discharged. Mr. Caesber was a long time member of the Church of the Covenant. He was employed at Jessop Steel as an accountant for forty three years from where he retired. Mr. Caesber loved spending time with his grandson, Evan who he adored. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

On December 9, 1955 he married Margaret J. “Peg” Scott who survives. Also surviving is a son, Douglas A. (Tammy) Caesber of Washington and a grandson, Evan Caesber.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Caesber was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon and Emmett Caesber.
