James Joseph Young

James Joseph “Jay” Young, 48 of Washington passed away unexpectedly on Sunday-February 7, 2021.  He was born November 21, 1972 in Washington the son of the late James G. Young and Erma Levi Young of Washington who survives.  Mr. Young was a 1990 graduate of Trinity High School.  He worked as a heavy equipment operator.  Mr. Young enjoyed boating, skiing, snow mobiles and cooking.  He loved life, his family and his children and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his former wife, Laura of Washington; a son, Austin Young of Washington; three daughters, Abigale and Ella Young of Washington and Kassandra Williams of Washington; his fiancé, Tanya Williams of Washington; a brother, Geno (Cindy) Levi of Southpointe and two nieces, Kiana (Regan) Hershey of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Nakia Levi of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

All funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S.
