Teodolinda Genevieve Tiano (Linda Tiano), 98 of Washington formerly of North Franklin Street died Saturday-October 13, 2018. She was born May 10, 1920 in Martirano, Italy a daughter of the late Guiseppe and Palma Gigliotti Falascino. Mrs. Tiano was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. She enjoyed gardening with plants and vegetables, loved to cook, sew and bake.

On February 22, 1940 she married Albert Gregory Tiano who died December 4, 2004.

Surviving is a daughter; Joanne A. Frank of Bentleyville, a brother; Herman (Antoinetta “Toni”) Falascino of Washington, 2 grandchildren; Alesia (Brian) Leingang of Mandeville, Louisiana and Michelle (friend; Michael Betarie) Frank of Canonsburg, 2 great-grandchildren; Mia Elizabeth Leingang and Josie Joselyn Linda Leingang. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Tiano was preceded in death by a brother; John Falascino and a sister; Christina Squieri.

Friends will be received on Saturday-October 20, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. A prayer service will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christina Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Washington.
