Julie Mihalko, 92 of Washington died Thursday-August 3, 2017 unexpectedly at her home at 7:17 p.m. She was born February 14, 1925 in Washington. She had been employed at Bell Telephone for many years and at The Hub Department Store for over 20 years until her retirement. Mrs. Mihalko was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. She was a graduate of Washington High School. She enjoyed going walking, gambling at casinos, and enjoying her time with her friends and family.

On November 5, 1981 she married John Mihalko who survives. Also surviving is a sister; Vera Gates of California, three sisters in law; Gladys, Janet and Pauline. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends will be received on Tuesday-August 8, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S, Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. A prayer service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church, Washington.
