Connie K. Withrow, 80, of Washington, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2025, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care. She was born July 11, 1944, in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late Arthur S. and Charlotte M. Hair Snyder. Mrs. Withrow was a 1962 graduate of Trinity High School and at one time attended Calvary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, shopping, and spending time with family. Mrs. Withrow will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her husband, Kenneth Withrow is deceased. Surviving are two sons, Kevin (Edna Tyson) Withrow and Mike (Jessica) Withrow; a brother, Arthur G. (Jeannette Lemley) Snyder; three sisters, Dale (Jim) Mangin, Darlene Pull, and her twin sister, Bonnie (Kenneth) Patress, and a grandson, Kevin Withrow, Jr. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Snyder.
