Jean Yanni, 89, of Washington, Pennsylvania, passed away on May 6, 2021 peacefully at the Presbyterian Home in Washington. She was born on August 2, 1931 in Washington, PA the daughter of the late Ben and Rose Rotunda Audia. Mrs. Yanni was a graduate of Trinity High School. She married the late Anthony S. Yanni on September 7, 1953.

Mrs. Yanni was a homemaker and business partner with her husband Anthony S. Yanni at Washington Importing. Her early work years were spent working in her family’s establishment, Audia’s Tavern in Washington, PA. Mrs. Yanni’s passions were cooking and baking for her family. She enjoyed music, chair yoga, bingo and current events time at the Presbyterian Home.

Surviving is her son, Anthony Yanni of Washington; her beloved grandson, Anthony P. Yanni of Washington and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband, Anthony S. Yanni and a daughter, Christine Yanni; sisters, Theresa Frank, Katherine Oliverio and Mary Russo.
