Penny Lynn Caswell

Penny Lynn Caswell, 68, of Washington, formerly from Upper St. Clair, died unexpectantly on Saturday, May 9, 2020.  Penny was born on January 14, 1952 in Illinois to the late William K. and MaryAnn Caswell.  She graduated from Upper St. Clair High School in 1970 and received her teaching degree from Miami University of Ohio.  She taught for 37 years with the West Jefferson Hills School District and after retirement worked part time at the Giant Eagle Market District Express in McMurray.

Penny is survived by her brother, Richard Caswell; niece, Jessica Guadagno; nephew, David Caswell and three great-nieces.
