Celeste Diane Dates

Celeste Diane Dates, 72 of Washington died Tuesday-September 18, 2018 in UPMC-Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh following a brief illness.  She was born September 13, 1946 in Washington the daughter of the late Otis Johnson and Nellie Owens Brown.  Mrs. Dates was a homemaker and care giver.  She enjoyed reading and playing cards but most of all, Mrs. Dates loved caring for her family.  She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are a son; Terrell James Wade of Washington, a sister; Laura McCormick of Georgia and three grandchildren; Haidyn Wade, Carter Wade and Nova Wade. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her father and mother, Mrs. Dates was preceded in death by a brother; Edward Austin and a sister; Esther McKinney.

Friends will be received on Sunday-September 23, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. the hour of service in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director.  The Rev.
