Josephine Tomsic

Josephine Tomsic, 98 of Washington, formerly of Strabane died on Thursday-September 13, 2018 at 5:04 A.M. in the Donnell House.  She was born December 25, 1919 in Washington the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Peremska Mrukot.  Mrs. Tomsic was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.  She enjoyed gardening and doing yard work.  Mrs. Tomsic will be remembered by her family and friends as a kind and loving person who always had a smile for everyone.  She will be dearly missed.

Mrs. Tomsic was the last of her immediate family.  She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband; Jacob Tomsic who died on March 21, 1999, a brother; Frank Mrukot and by three sisters; Mary Blose, Caroline Smith and Anna Miller.

Friends will be received on Monday-September 17, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. the hour of a blessing service in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director.  The Rev.
