Darlene DeSantis, 69 of Washington died Thursday-March 23, 2017 in her home following a lengthy illness.  She was born March 11, 1948 in Washington the daughter of the late Raymond Edward & Florence E. Porter Cahill.  Mrs. DeSantis was a homemaker.  She enjoyed designing wedding cakes, crafts and spending time at casinos. 

Surviving are her children; daughters; Christine (Darrell) Provance of Washington, Wendy Hete of Waynesburg, son; Andrew Ford of Washington, brother; Edward (Betty) Cahill of Ohio, sister-in-law; Louise Cahill of Washington, 6 grandchildren; Justin Provance, Chasity Provance, Christopher Hete, Shelby Hete, Alexander Ford, and Vincent Ford, 9 great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews & cousins. 

Mrs. DeSantis was preceded in death by her daughter; Ginger Ford and a brother; Donald Cahill. 

Friends will be received on Tuesday-March 28, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Linda Mankey officiating.  Burial will be private.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.WarcoFalvoFuneralHome.com
