Donald J. Graff

Donald J. Graff, 91, of Washington, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, in the Washington Hospital.  He was born on September 4, 1932, in Washington, PA, a son of the late Joseph and Gladys Weimer Graff.  Mr. Graff was a graduate of Washington High School and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, St. James Parish.  He was first employed at Brockway Glass before going to work at Jessop Steel from where he retired after 30 years of employment.  Mr. Graff was a member of the Washington Elks Lodge #776.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.  Mr. Graff also loved watching football on television, especially Pittsburgh Steeler games.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

His wife, Kathleen B. Graff passed away on August 28, 2023.  Surviving is a daughter, Cynthia (Brett) Keefer of Washington, PA; a stepson, James Barrett, of Washington, PA, and two grandchildren, Brett Keefer and Heather (Rob) McClain.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Graff was preceded in death by a son, Donald J. Graff, Jr., and a sister, Shirley Vulcano.

Friends will be received on Monday, August 19, 2024, from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at E. Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Owner/Supervisor, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director.  A prayer service will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in the Immaculate Conception Church, St. James Parish, 119 West Chestnut St. Washington, PA, with the Rev. Mike Zavage as celebrant.  Entombment will follow in the Washington Cemetery Garden Mausoleum.  Condolences may be expressed at www.WarcoFalvoFuneralHome.com
