Kristin Dixon Barfield

Kristin Dixon Barfield, 58 of Washington passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.  She was born March 29, 1964 in Toledo, Ohio.  Kristin was a 1982 graduate of Washington High School and was a proud member of the Friendship Baptist Church where she served as an usher.  She was a homemaker and a full time mother and grandmother.  Kristin loved music, loved to dance and had a deep love for the Pittsburgh Steelers.  She loved to laugh, loved people and loved her family to the fullest.  Kristin adored her two dogs, Nyla and Rozay.  They were her life.  Most of all, she loved God and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Surviving is her mother, Sharon E. Willis of Washington; stepfather, Leonard E. Willis of Washington; two sons, Trey Willis Sr. of Washington and Michael Walls Jr. of Washington; a daughter, Courtney Ellis of Washington; a brother, Darryl Dunson of Toledo, Ohio; a sister, Mishelle Dixon of Washington; twelve grandchildren, Treonna, Zxavian, Imani, Illias, Tristin, Trey Jr., Ezra, Jayla, Jeremiah, Ja’Karee, Ja’Kyah and Ja’Kristona; her companion, Charles “Larry” Dickerson of Washington and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Deceased is her biological father, James H. Dixon Jr. and a brother, Kevin Dunson.

Friends will be received from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. the hour of a funeral service on Monday, May 23, 2022 in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director.  Rev. Richard D.
