Hazel Irene Cole

Hazel Irene Cole, 95 of Washington passed away peacefully on Monday-September 13, 2021.  She was born January 2, 1926 in Washington PA the daughter of the late Albert and Anna Clutter Paul.  Mrs. Cole was Christian by faith.  She was first employed at Woodville State Hospital as a Psychiatric Aide before going to work for Woolworths at South Hills Village.  Mrs. Cole later became employed at Radioear as a Hearing Aid Technician from where she retired.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

On September 17, 1943 she married Jack R. Cole Sr. who died June 22, 1992.  Surviving is a son, Jack R. (Sherri) Cole Jr. of Washington and a daughter, Mila (Harry) Lemley of Washington.  Mrs. Cole was the last of her immediate family.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Jack R. (Melissa) Cole III, Renne (Tom) Dowler, Kelley Milligan, Denise (Floyd) Moore and Wendy (J.T.) Himmelrick and five great grandchildren, C.J. and Emily Cole, Hunter (Marissa) Moore, Seth Moore and Will Himmelrick.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah (The late Kenneth) Milligan; two brothers, one sister and a great granddaughter, Faith Dowler.

Friends will be received on Thursday-September 16, 2021 from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director.  A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday-September 17, 2021 in the funeral home with Pastor Rob Berk officiating.  Interment will follow in Prosperity Cemetery.  Condolences may be expressed at www.WarcoFalvoFuneralHome.com
