Margaret L. Dorrycott Lifetime Member of Immaculate Conception Church Margaret L. Dorrycott, 98 of Pittsburgh formerly of Washington & Wellsburg, West Virginia died Saturday-November 22, 2014. She was born February 19, 1916 in Wellsburg, West Virginia the daughter of John T. and Mary Bridget Rooney McMahon. Mrs. Dorrycott was a lifetime member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she was also a member of the Christian Mothers. She was employed at Union Shoe Store & Teeks Fine Shoes for many years. Her husband Joseph W. Dorrycott died August 16, 1976. Surviving are her children; son; Joseph W. (Colleen) Dorrycott of Aiken, South Carolina, daughter; Carol J. (Joseph) Wind of Pittsburgh, four grandchildren; Joseph (Lori) Dorrycott of Irwin, Megan (Michael) Parks of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Maura (Rob) Price of The Woodland, Texas, Bridget (Craig) Fryman of New Paris, Indiana, nine great grandchildren; Jack, Connor & Bryn Parks, Tyler, Tierney, & Brady Price, Nathaniel, Leah & Paige Fryman, several nieces & nephews also survive. Mrs. Dorrycott was the last of her immediate family. Mrs. Dorrycott was preceded in death by her daughter; Susan Dorrycott, brothers; John, William & James McMahon, sisters; Helen Rose, Ada Slater, Elizabeth McMahon, Janet Wells & Anne Smith. Friends will be received on Friday-November 28, 2014 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. Wilson at E. Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. A prayer service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday-November 29, 2014 in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Lou Pascazi as celebrant. Entombment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions can be made to a Charity of One's Choice, Immaculate Conception Church, 119 W. Chestnut St. Washington Pa. 15301 or to St. Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15234.
